Thank you for purchasing our Can-Am Spyder RT Mirror Clips (2010–2019) • Aftermarket Replacement Set 

PLEASE NOTE:  This is ONLY the upper clip, this does not replace the spring clips on the two lower mirror mounts.  Its typically the OEM top clip that breaks, and what this part is intended to replace, Equivalent to OEM Part #304849901 or 219800158

MOISTURE CONDITIONING REQUIRED FOR OPTIMUM PART STREThis part is manufactured from a high‑performance nylon co-polymer.  Freshly printed nylon is dry and temporarily brittle.  As it absorbs a small amount of moisture from the environment, it becomes tougher, more flexible, and far more resistant to cracking—this is normal and expected behavior.  Moisture conditioning of the part prior to installation is recommended.

To moisture condition the part:

• Allow it to sit in room air with humidity above ~35% for 5-7 days, or

• For a consistent result in any climate, place it in a sealed bag with a lightly damp paper towel for 24 hours.

Once conditioned, the part reaches its designed mechanical properties.

Fitment & Installation Note:

We’ve received some reviews claiming our Spyder mirror clips don’t fit—but after personally installing them on my 2011 Spyder RT, and reviewing the original part design, I can confirm they do fit as intended. These clips are modeled after the upgraded hanger design found on later Spyder models, which feature a solid mount rather than the earlier relief-cut version. As a result, the fit is intentionally snug and may require some coaxing during installation—but they will seat properly. The clips are side-specific (left/right), and once installed the first time, reattaching the mirror becomes significantly easier. To help ensure a smooth install, we’ve created a short video demonstrating the install on my 2011 Spyder RT.
