3D Printing Services and Laser Engraving

We sell our 3D prints on our Etsy shop, 3D Creations of RI.
Now also performing custom laser cutting and engraving on wood, metal, acrylic, and glass.

In addition, through our in house print-farm, we offer both small and large job contract 3D printing services.  No job is too small.  We specialize in both aesthetic and functional prints.  Provide your own model or choose from the vast selection of free designs on MakerWorld, Printables, Thingiverse, or any other source. You can also bring your own design (we typically need an STL, 3MF, or STEP file). Want something unique? We'll work with your custom design!

3D Printed custom concrete stamps:  We also make custom 3D Printed concrete stamps often in as fast as 24 hours turn time!  We can put your custom design on a print suitable for stamping concrete.  Rigid or floppy, we can print out of PETG suitable for single job use, TPU for long lasting flexibility, or rigid Nylon that will stand up to multiple jobs.  Our stamps are NOT walk-on.  Great for adding your custom company logo.  Our stamps are up to 10 sq inches, and we can combine multiple stamps for larger designs.

We can produce prints with up to 8 colors in an individual print at this time, and will be expanding our capabilities to support up to 16 colors.

Materials Available:

• PLA: The "standard" 3D printing polymer. It's a biodegradable plastic made from corn, incredibly versatile, and suitable for primarily decorative items and toys that won't be subject to high heat. It can be somewhat brittle but is very strong. Available in almost any color imaginable as well as various finishes, including gloss, matte, translucent, silk, rainbow, variegated, chameleon color-shifting (color changes depending on viewing angle), glow-in-the-dark, and even wood filled.

• PLA-CF: Carbon fiber reinforced PLA for a more rigid part with a beautiful matte finish.

• PETG: A polyester-based UV and chemical-resistant plastic suitable for functional and decorative parts that need to withstand temperatures up to 150°F. Offers better impact resistance making it tougher than PLA as it has a little more flex but is not as strong. Available in a vast variety of both opaque and translucent colors.

• PETG-CF / PETG-GF: Carbon fiber or glass fiber reinforced PETG for added stiffness and strength—a great choice for many functional as well as decorative applications.  both available in various colors.

• TPU: Flexible and durable material ideal for wearables and shock-absorbing parts.  Available in a range of colors and hardness levels.

• ASA: UV and weather-resistant plastic perfect for outdoor projects, available in a broad range of colors

• PA6 Nylon: Durable, abrasion-resistant material for high-stress parts. available in black or white.

• PA12 Nylon: Slightly more flexible than PA6, with lower moisture absorption. Ideal for dynamic parts.  available in black or white

• PPA Nylon: (Polyphthalamide) generally offers higher strength, stiffness, and heat resistance compared to PA6 or PA12.  PPA generally exhibits higher tensile strength, flexural modulus, and creep resistance as well as superior resistance to a wider range of chemicals, including gasoline, grease, and coolants. 

• PA6-CF or GF: Carbon fiber or glass fiber reinforced PA6 for enhanced strength.  CF available in black, GF available in several colors

• PA612-CF: Co-polymer of PA6 and PA12 nylon with carbon fiber, offering the best of both worlds and providing very strong parts.

• PPA-CF: Made from Polyphthalamide (PPA) reinforced with carbon fiber (CF). It's a high-performance engineering material offering enhanced strength with metal-like tensile strength, high heat resistance (up to 225° C / 440° F), and high rigidity compared to standard nylon filaments.

• Polycarbonate: High-impact resistant plastic for extremely tough and durable parts, available in black, white, grey, and translucent/clear.

• Polycarbonate CF:  The strength and heat resistance of polycarbonate with added strength and dimensional stability provided by carbon fiber.
